Imunify360 causing Solid Central site disconnections

We're currently aware of an issue where Imunify360, a security system used by many server administrators and hosting providers, is incorrectly blocking requests from Solid Central. When Solid Central tries to refresh site data or establish a new connection, these requests may be flagged as a potential threat and fail as a result.

Customers affected by this issue need to add Solid Central's IP addresses to the allowlist in their Imunify360 settings, or ask their hosting provider to make the change on their behalf. Instructions are available here:
