Update - We are continuing to engage with the Imunify 360 team in an attempt to find a solution for our mutual customers who are affected by this issue.
Identified - We're currently aware of an issue where Imunify360, a security system used by many server administrators and hosting providers, is incorrectly blocking requests from Solid Central. When Solid Central tries to refresh site data or establish a new connection, these requests may be flagged as a potential threat and fail as a result.
The Solid development team are actively exploring changes to help prevent this issue going forward and have reached out to the Imunify360 team for their assistance.
